I provide virtual bookkeeping services for small, service-based businesses using QuickBooks Online so that they can have the peace of mind knowing everything is being managed by a professional bookkeeper.

I have always had a knack for math and numbers. When I joined the Navy in 1994, I was enlisted as an Aviation Electronic Technician. By far, not my favorite, even though I did well. I loved my four years with the Navy, but did not like my job. Then, for the next 20 years life happened (first marriage of 17 years, kids, homeschooling, other small businesses to make ends meet). Finally, I had the perfect opportunity to start my own bookkeeping business, so I jumped on it and absolutely love it.

I earned my Bachelor’s in Accounting in 2016 and later worked through an extensive, thorough bookkeeping course called Bookkeeper Launch which earned me a Certificate of Completion. I have also earned my QuickBooks Online Advanced ProAdvisor certificate.

On a personal note, I am recently re-married to a wonderful man, also a veteran (Air Force). We have four kids between us: he has two boys (18 and 21) and I have a boy (21) and a girl (19). We also adore our three cats. We are empty nesters and looking forward to new adventures of our life together, as a couple and a family.

Here’s how we can work together:

Ongoing monthly services which are catered for your specific needs. Tracking all of your money going in and out will help to maximize business deductions and ensure that all of your accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

Has the bookkeeping taken a back burner and you have months or even years to catch-up? I can bring you up-to-date, usually within a few weeks or less. Clean-Ups include setting up your business in QuickBooks Online, if needed.

Wouldn’t it be great if you could actually understand your financial reports? I will hold monthly meetings with you to explain your financial reports so you can make informative business decisions.

No Hourly Fees

No surprises.

Know exactly what you will be paying.

My services are all strategically quoted at a fixed rate, whether it’s a clean-up project or becoming a regular, monthly client.

This specific investment for your business will depend on a variety of factors, such as the size of your business, how many bank accounts and credit cards you have, loans, and complexity. Get in touch with me to receive a personalized quote.

My goal is to support you while you run your business, and I hope to create a long-lasting relationship.

Our Mission: To be your financial anchor. We are dedicated to being the trusted financial anchor for small businesses, ensuring clarity, compliance, and growth through expert bookkeeping.

Fun Facts

Just because I own a virtual bookkeeping business doesn’t mean that I’m just another person behind the computer. I think that it’s important to establish a relationship together. After all, I am going to know many aspects of your business by handling your books, and I desire to give you the support you need and be an intricate part of your growing business.

I Love the water! I grew up in Michigan with tons of fresh water from rivers and lakes. After living mainly in the St. Louis area, we finally had the opportunity to move down to Branson, MO to be close to my parents.

As a Navy veteran turned bookkeeper, I thrive on creating order from chaos. When I’m not helping small business owners feel confident in their finances, you’ll find me unwinding with a good book, creating colorful masterpieces with paint-by-numbers, or hanging out with my four feline assistants (who may or may not approve of spreadsheets).

And yes, I even find joy in fine-tuning our family budget—because numbers are kind of my thing!

The Why Behind It All:

I have always wanted a job that didn’t feel like a job because I enjoyed it so much. Owning a virtual bookkeeping business not only gives me that freedom, but also gives me the opportunity for financial independence and flexibility.
